Losing weight shouldn’t be without food, it should involve it. This is because your body needs certain essential nutrients and a good amount of energy to survive. Of course in order to lose weight easily you need to spend more energy than you consume. Fasting cuts the supply of energy to your body, and so a lot more energy is used than someone who’s having a good diet. The body under fasting responds differently than when you’re not fasting, which isn’t a really good thing if done on a regular basis.

This simply this person who is fasting will go through a big drop in weight, but most of this will be stuff that’s important for the body. In other words, he or she will become a lot more exhausted, tired and above all, extremely hungry.
